Sunday mornings starting at 10:00 am, there are teaching moments and classes available for all ages. The articles below detial each opportunity.
Children's Church will be trying on "Wee Believe" for size. A delightful series of age appropriate bible stories, music, games and crafts all within the context of a children's worship experience! Children's Church is offered to all children ages 4 to 4th grade immediately following the children's message during both the contemporary and traditional worship service.
Preschoolers will enjoy "Little Lambs" an active learning session centered around a bible story, and busy stations to help deliver age appropriate learning time to some of our littlest students.
Elementary Age students will be enjoying the Kids Connection curriculum! Fantastic fun bible stories, skits, games and craft time all to help nurture the budding faith of our children and keep their interest in exciting new ways with the dynamic teaching approach used in Kid Connection. Another great year ahead for our elementary students as they grow closer in their relationship with Jesus!
Middle School Students will be using a variety of curriculum this year. The lead study will be the Grapple series of small group studies filled with great conversation starters, questions and thought provoking real live applications, this Sunday School curriculum is created to help our youth "grapple" with real life challenges. Grapple helps youth realize that their church, the bible, and a strong relationship with Jesus Christ can help them through the struggles ahead. In addition to the conversational style of "Grapple", students will also use two new video curriculum. "The Rabbi" is a video tour of Jesus' ministry, allowing for students to see the historical locales that Jesus and His disciples followed throughout their ministry. Bible Stuff Volume 2, hosted by well know youth ministry leader, Kurt Johnston, is a lively storytelling series of great bible stories using contemporary comparisons to modern life. Great tools to help equip our youth with solid biblical truths and how to use them in their lives.
High School Students will encounter a great new e-curriculum by Youth Ministry Guru, Mark DeVries, "Sprice Rack". Using a fast paced, multi-learning style lesson plans, "Spice Rack" offers our maturing youth challenging questions and thought provoking lessons to help them navigate the complex and chaotic world of high school. Coupled with Blue Fish T.V. dvd series of visual bible lessons and amazing personal testimonies for and by teens, this is an incredible combination to keep our youth engaged and intrigued about their continuing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Adult Studies will have two offerings on Sunday mornings. "Unfolding God's Mind Map 11" which will be led by Nancy Link. Please following this link to the full artilce in regards to this class. The Contemporary Class led by Marica Morris will talk about new issues in our lives.
